The water park was really fun for the kids. A lot of activities kept them busy. We had issues with cleanliness in our room. It wasn't as tidy as expected. a decent stay.

The kids loved the water park and daily activities like crafts and dance parties. But the indoor pool felt cramped, and our room could've used better cleaning.

Fantastic amenities, fantastic activities with a wonderful pool area for both kids and adults, plus a great location that allowed us to easily walk to numerous nearby attractions.
Couldn’t ask for better.

With a variety of family-friendly attractions just a short walk away, like the Jurassic Jungle Boat Ride only a few steps from the hotel and multiple fantastic dining options like Flapjack's Pancake Cabin just under half a kilometer away, our family had an amazing time exploring everything the area has to offer while also enjoying the hotel's great amenities, including a water area perfect for kids. the hotel could improve guest experience by offering more options for dining in or near the pool area.

I was thrilled to find this hotel just minutes away from all the family fun in Pigeon Forge, with The Island being only about a 7-minute stroll and Dollywood just a quick 15-minute drive, making it super convenient for our weekend exploring; not to mention you have tons of restaurants and shops like Publix right down the street, and with the bonus of a pool and arcade on-site, the kids had an absolute blast! However, the beds could use some improvement as they were a bit uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean and comfy, lots of space for the kids. The pool area was amazing with plenty of fun activities for everyone.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but worth it for a good family trip.

This resort offers a prime location, perfectly nestled near attractions yet maintaining a peaceful ambiance. Rooms are generally clean, with daily fresh linens and a comfortable setup. The breakfast is satisfactory, though a pancake machine would enhance the experience. Staff interactions vary; some are delightful, while I faced challenges during check-in, including unclear information and rude behavior from one employee. The pool area is a highlight for kids, but the absence of an indoor pool is misleading. Despite the hurdles, I plan to return, as the potential for fun outweighs the drawbacks.

The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious, with a dining room always clean and well-maintained by a lovely lady named Julie. The pool area was meticulously cleaned daily, and the lifeguards were friendly and attentive, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
There were some issues with parking availability, and the pool's ledge needed better marking for safety. In addition, there were unexpected rolling blackouts that caused inconvenience during our stay, with a lack of prior notice.

Country Cascades Waterpark Resort exceeded our expectations! The kids loved the exciting activities like rock climbing and arcade games, while the delightful breakfast and impressive cleanliness made for a comfortable stay. Plus, the Halloween festivities added a vibrant touch. We can't wait to return!

The indoor and outdoor pools totally blew me away! The kids had a blast at the water park with awesome slides, and we soaked up quality family time until 11 PM. Seriously, the breakfast was a delicious way to kickstart our days!
Totally recommend! 🥳💖

Loved the convenient location; everything was within walking distance, making it easy for my older parents to explore. The breakfast staff was incredibly friendly, and watching the Ferris wheel light up from our balcony was a nice touch. The pool and slides were a hit with my nephew! the room was small, and the beds were uncomfortable. A key scanner for pool access from our building would have been a smart addition. Still, the fun activities for kids made it worthwhile!

Climbed the Rowdy Rabbit's Rock Climb – almost broke my neck, but so fun! RiverRun gave a heart attack! The Parkway with all its attractions was a binge-shopping trap.
Dealing with the hold on my debit card was a delightful surprise.

The room was outdated and musty, which was disappointing. I encountered a foul-smelling black sludge in the shower dispenser, necessitating a thorough rinse before my children could use the tub. Temperature control was adequate, though a bit slow. The absence of coffee pots and daily cleaning added inconvenience. Despite the room issues, the staff were friendly, and the wristband key system made things a little easier. with so many drawbacks, the room experience fell short of expectations.

We had a frustrating stay. The front desk made us wait over an hour for our room, claiming it needed inspection. It felt chaotic with unregistered guests wandering around. It really ruined the experience for our family.

Solid selection for a fleeting moment in Pigeon Forge with great value-to-price ratio. The waterpark was nice.

Had a blast on the huge waterslides and spacious swimming pool; great for family fun. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Located conveniently close to all attractions, making it easy to explore everything.
Some issues with the cashless system and kids' pool area; lacked enough washers/dryers.

The location of the resort was fantastic, with plenty of fun activities nearby. The water park was a hit with the kids, and the staff made sure everyone was safe and having a good time. there were some issues that affected our overall experience. The beds and sheets definitely needed a refresh - it felt like they hadn't been changed in a while. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with stray hairs in the closet and overlooked trash. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and the housekeeping services were inconsistent. On the bright side, the pool staying open late was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The lack of a properly functioning air conditioner and a fridge that couldn't cool our leftovers were definite downers. The construction work in the mornings was also disruptive, and the restrictions on outside visitors were a bit overbearing.

From Camp Country to Beary Bear's Galactic Galaxy, the immersive experiences kept us entertained day and night.
My wife says that having more food options on-site, like a full-service restaurant, would've been convenient for families with children.

the location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and tucked away from the road noise. the room on the top floor was spacious and clean with a vaulted ceiling, bay window, and relaxing soaking tub. the free morning breakfast exceeded our expectations with a great selection of hot and fresh food, and the staff, especially Sonja, were friendly and helpful. the water parks were very nice, and the pool staff and front desk workers were fantastic. overall, the hotel offered good quality and great value.
Couldn't find any faults at all 😊

We hit up the Friendship Forest Activity Center and Beary Bear's Galactic Galaxy – the arcade vibe was sick! Plus, exploring the Smoky Mountains was epic! The Smoky Mountain Rewards program made it all even more dope. Can't wait to come back for more adventures!
One thing to make the fun even better – add a cool rooftop bar for us young party animals to chill and vibe after a wild day of adventures! .

Our stay at this charming waterpark resort was an absolute delight. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel right at home, and the inviting lobby area set the tone for our vacation. The location was perfect, close to all the exciting attractions in Pigeon Forge. The amenities were top-notch, including the seasonal outdoor pool, indoor swimming pool, and water slides that kept the kids entertained for hours. The well-maintained rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options that satisfied our whole family. our experience at this resort was exceptional and surpassed our expectations.
The only downside we encountered was the layout of the family suite with a pool view. It was not as spacious as anticipated, with one room sectioned off by a room divider.
